Extension to the existing North Tower Women and Children's Hospital, with a capacity of 100 beds, and total built-up area of 14,000 sqm approximately, including connecting bridge to the North Tower. The project is Ground + 6 floors building, located in Abu Dhabi Gate City.
- Preparation of Detailed Design, covering all disciplines & trades. (Concept Design prepared by HKS).
- Preparation of Construction Tender Package.
- Liaison with Authorities for permitting.
- Project Management and Construction Supervision.
